1. Shangri-La Minhe Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Xiangtou International, is mainly engaged in the development and investment of clean energy (hydropower), and is located at Shangri-La County, Diqing, China, a beautiful an earthly paradise. The company has 6 hydropower stations in total, which have total installed capacity of about 110 MW, cost total investment of RMB 637 million Yuan, have large living areas, have staff of about 90 persons, and have been put into production for power generation totally at present. The company has registered capital of RMB 240,000 Yuan, and bank financing of RMB 40 million Yuan, and is contributed and established together by Xiangtou International and Xiamen Youbang Energy Co., Ltd, including that Xiangtou International occupies 90% shares and Xiamen Youbang Energy Co., Ltd occupies 10% shares.
2. Zhenkang Hydropower project (63.7 MW) is a fully invested holding project of Xiangtou International. Its 1st phase includes 5 step hydropower stations, i.e. Muchang Hydropower Station, Dawo Hydropower Station, Banqiao Hydropower Station, Xiaotang Hydropower Station, and Yingpan Hydropower Station, all of which are located at Nanpian River drainage basin, within the territory of Zhenkang County, Lincang, southwestern frontier of China. Muchang Hydropower Station, Dawo Hydropower Station, and Banqiao Hydropower Station are located at secondary grade tributary Nanpian River, in the right bank of Nujiang River first grade tributary Nanting River, within the territory of Muchang Town and Junsai Town, Zhenkang County. Yingpan Hydropower Station and Xiaotang Hydropower Station are located at Mengsha River, a first grade tributary of Nanpian River. Dawo Hydropower Station was combined to grid and started to generate power on Dec. 11, 2013. Banqiao Hydropower Station was combined to grid and started to generate power on Jan. 21, 2015. Xiaotang Hydropower Station started to generate on Sep. 23rd, 2017. Yingpan Hydropower Station has been put into operation on Feb. 8th, 2018 and Muchang Hydropower Station will be put into production in June, 2018.
