Huade County Huide Wind Power Generation Co., LTd. is invested and established jointly by Xiangtou International and Xiangtou Holding, including that Xiangtou International occupies 98% shares, and Xiangtou Holding occupies 2% shares. The company is professionally engaged in the development of clean energy, including wind power generation and solar energy, etc. and has registered capital of RMB 257,390,000 Yuan. Now, the development and construction of 99,000 kw in total for the 1st and 2nd phases have been completed. The 3rd phase of 50,000 kw is in construction which is planned to be operation in the end of 2018.
The 1st phase 495,000kw wind power engineering of Huide was started to be constructed in Mar. 2008, and the total investment of the engineering was about RMB 550 million Yuan. The 33 sets of fans for the 1st phase of Huide were put into production for power generation in Mar. 2009. This project became the 1st wind power construction project of Huade County. Huide Wind Power started the 2nd phase 495,000kw wind power engineering construction in 2009, and the total investment of the engineering was about RMB 520 million Yuan, and the 2nd engineering was combined to grid for power generation on Jan. 1, 2010. The 3rd phase is start to construct in Nov. 2017, the total investment of 3rd phase is about RMB 380 million Yuan, and planned to be operated in the end of 2018. The company passed DNV ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 dual system attestation annual review for 7 years consecutively and keep the record of safety operation for nearly 10 years.
Under the good investment environment of each level of government, in order to make use of the good wind force resources of Huade area better, according to the general planning of wind power development made by government, Huide Wind Power has finished the entirety planning report of wind power development, and is preparing various work actively, so as to finish the wind power development of each subsequent term of Huide as soon as possible.
