Shangri-La Minhe Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Xiangtou International, is mainly engaged in the development and investment of clean energy (hydropower), and is located at Shangri-La County, Diqing, China, a beautiful an earthly paradise. The company has 6 hydropower stations in total, which have total installed capacity of about 110 MW, cost total investment of RMB 637 million Yuan, have large living areas, have staff of about 90 persons, and have been put into production for power generation totally at present. The company has registered capital of RMB 240,000 Yuan, and bank financing of RMB 40 million Yuan, and is contributed and established together by Xiangtou International and Xiamen Youbang Energy Co., Ltd, including that Xiangtou International occupies 90% shares and Xiamen Youbang Energy Co., Ltd occupies 10% shares.
Profile of Power Station:
Langdu Step Power Station is located at Langdu River Drainage Basin, Shangri-La, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province, 65km Northeastern of Zhongdian (i.e. Shangri-La), within the territory of Langdu Village, Gezan Town and about 100km away from Shangri-La County. Langdu River is a tributary of Jinsha River. Each level of power station of this project is constructed within a scope of radius of about 10km.
